MiKayla Strausbaugh is a dynamic and passionate design professional known for her versatile skill set in project management, design coordination, and space planning. Armed with a Bachelor of Science from Thomas Jefferson University, MiKayla brings a solid educational foundation to her role.

MiKayla's personality is intricately woven into her career, which is evident in her love for boutique hospitality projects and residential design. She thrives on the creativity and attention to detail involved in using furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to tell a compelling story within a space. Her commitment to bringing her client's ideal space to life reflects her dedication to creating personalized and meaningful designs. Her passion for sustainable design aligns with her interest in the environment, and she actively explores ways to incorporate environmentally friendly practices into her work. 

Outside of the office, MiKayla enjoys hiking with her dog, Samoa, named after the beloved Girl Scout cookies. MiKayla's hobbies include thrift shopping, cooking, and being a self-proclaimed foodie. She finds joy in traveling, attending concerts, and spending quality time with friends. MiKayla's college years in Philadelphia have made her a devoted Eagles fan, showcasing her love for her alma mater and the city.

One of MiKayla's favorite buildings is La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. Gaudi's homage to nature, whimsical mosaics, and colorful stained glass resonate with her appreciation for design that blends artistry with the natural world.
