  • Kimmel Studio is a pioneering multi-disciplinary architecture firm (Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Industrial Design) looking for a hybrid 3D Renderer, Artist, and Filmmaker to define our visual brand and storytelling. This is a purely creative role focused on visual output.

    YOUR ROLE

    You will serve as our Visualization Specialist, translating complex design concepts into highly engaging visual content:

    • High-impact still images

    • Short-form cinematic content (films and animations)

    The images will be used for client presentations and for marketing purposes. Most of the output will be optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

    This position is dedicated to transforming our visual output and taking it to the next level.

    WHAT YOU BRING / QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2+ years of professional experience in high-end architectural or product visualization.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Film, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    • 3D Modeling: Expertise in Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max.

    • Rendering: Expertise in V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, D5, or Vantage.

    • Post-Production: Mastery of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects for cinematic editing and graphics.

    • Filmmaking Acumen: Ability to conceptualize, “shoot,” edit, color grade, and apply sound design to dynamic, compelling animations.

    • Portfolio: Strong artistic flair, photographic composition, and motion graphics.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; self-starter attitude.

    • (Preferred) Experience with Generative AI tools and/or Real-Time Rendering (Unreal Engine, Unity).

    Physical Requirements: The position requires the ability to drive a car, and operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, scanner, and printer. The position also requires the ability to travel to and from the office and meet with clients and colleagues outside of the office.

  • Kimmel Studio is a pioneering multi-disciplinary architecture firm (Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Industrial Design). The Studio is seeking a highly energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Architect/Designer I or II in our rapidly growing office. The position will work under the supervision of a senior architect on all aspects of project delivery and provides expansive exposure to the multi-faceted field of architecture, as well as key skills in coordinating with engineering disciplines.

    WHAT YOU BRING / QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture (REQUIRED).

    • 4-8 years of experience, high-end residential experience is a plus.

    • Understanding of building codes and construction documentation.

    • Proficiency in Revit or Autocad required. Proficiency in Sketchup is a plus.

    • Excellent communication and writing skills.

    • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently.

    This role is ideal for a process-driven individual who thrives in a structured environment and excels at flawless execution.

    Your Role

    You will serve as our Marketing Specialist, responsible for implementing our content strategy according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This is an execution-heavy role focused on precision, process compliance, and measurable results.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Content & SEO Execution: Meticulously applying foundational SEO principles to all digital assets, including specific file naming conventions, keyword integration, and metadata management.

    • Content Drafting & Management: Using AI tools (like Gemini/ChatGPT) to draft initial content and refining it to match our brand's luxury voice.

    • Process Adherence: Rigorously following detailed publishing checklists and managing data entry for our marketing systems.

    • Brand Voice: Crafting and adapting all communications for a luxury, affluent audience, with a tone focused on status, quality, and permanence.

    • Collaboration: Working closely with leadership (reporting to the CEO, COO, and Operations Manager) to suggest content ideas and execute the approved marketing plan.

    This is a full-time, in-office position in Annapolis, dedicated to maintaining the high standard of our marketing operations.

    WHAT YOU BRING / QUALIFICATIONS

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

    • 2+ years of professional experience in a digital marketing, content, or marketing coordination role.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and proven organizational skills.

    • Demonstrable experience working within structured systems, checklists, or SOPs.

    • Strong understanding of foundational SEO principles (on-page, technical, and keyword strategy).

    • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.

    • A process-oriented mindset; someone who finds satisfaction in accuracy, compliance, and flawless execution.

    • Comfortable working independently on execution-heavy tasks in a desk-based role.

    Preferred:

    • Experience in marketing to a luxury, affluent, or high-net-worth demographic.

    • Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for content drafting and research.

    • Familiarity with architecture, interior design, or a related luxury industry.
