Eric Borchard is a registered architect with more than 20 years of experience designing elegant custom homes, popular restaurants, and memorable visitor centers.
He loves the challenge of designing and renovating buildings when there are obstacles to be overcome. He enjoys finding creative solutions to complex problems, such as when restrictive critical area regulations apply, or when a home needs to be renovated because it no longer fits the needs of the owners.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Ball State University.
