Urban Campus Renovation

Designed for the University of Maryland, Baltimore, this renovation brings contemporary learning spaces into a historic urban building. A bright, open first floor and integrated technology support university use, while windows restored to their original style and a carefully detailed entry canopy honor the building’s architectural character. The design strengthens its connection to the surrounding streetscape.
