Agustina handles administration for Kimmel Studio, providing support across various areas of the operations team. She is actively involved in different processes, such as managing purchases and welcoming new clients believes in the power of teamwork.

Embarking on a collaborative journey with various companies, Agustina’s recent focus has shifted towards the incredible adventure of human potential development. Prioritizing education, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration which laid the foundation for Agustina’s subsequent decision to immerse herself in contributing to human development by studying ontological coaching. In 2019, she embarked on a new academic journey in psychology.

In terms of professional experience, Agusta has navigated diverse roles, including a position as Human Resources Manager in the gastronomy industry. Her role extended beyond traditional human resources management, allowing her to immerse herself in the intricacies of people management within the dynamic culinary landscape.

In the realm of coaching and mentoring, her experience as a Mentoring Coordinator at the Latin American Coaching School was transformative. While there, Agustina seamlessly integrated her coaching skills with a passion for guiding students toward unlocking their full potential.

Contributing to education, she served as a University Professor in human resources. Her commitment extended to planning and executing courses in motivation theory, training strategies, organizational diagnosis, and organizational climate management.

Outside the professional sphere, Agustina’s interests include a love for sports, yoga, spending time with friends, and cherishing moments outdoors with her young daughter and two dogs.
